The reviews are right in that the paint scratches off pretty easily. I’ve only used the product twice now and some of the paint is scratching off. Never dropped or anything, i just put it in my bag and pulled it out and it was scratched. But for the price, I didn’t mind it. If you like stickers then just cover it with stickers the more it gets scratched. I plan on covering mine with Grateful Dead stickers the more the paint scratches if it starts looking too tacky. (Might as well make it look tacky on purpose rather than on accident.)As for how it works, i sat outside at the beach in 110+ for 5 hours and the inside stayed ice cold the entire time. I hadn’t put ice in it or done anything to keep my liquid cold. The outside got hot as to be expected, but i nearly spat my drink out because i wasn’t expecting it to work so well and keep it *that* cold in that kind of heat.For the price, if you don’t mind paint scratching off, this works really well. I was concerned because the lid almost didn’t seem like it would be tight enough to keep it cold. It did. It was fine.For the record i looked at other places to compare prices and the same product went for 2-4x the price at other stores, including target and walmart. Their paint jobs didn’t look much better either.
