I have purchased sets of 3/8" and 1/4" washers. I mostly use 3/8. I can't tell you the number of times I've taken parts out and put them back together on my cars and dropped a damn screw. Usually found, but not always. And even if it did, it usually took a long time and was very uncomfortable. These jewels put an end to that. They hold the screw (and washers!) securely when you remove them, and just as important when you reach down to reinstall them in the threaded hole. If you work with your cars, buy them as soon as possible. The quality is very good and they come in a decent pouch to keep them organized.
