I am also confused by reviews. I was specifically looking for a hair dryer with a comb attachment. So I have to give this product a low rating. The hair is not so thick, but constantly bent and fell out. I spent most of my time chasing falling affections. Also, I accidentally kept pressing the cold start button. Bad design idea Tip: ORDER SOMETHING ELSE if you need a comb
