First off this is a quality suit, it shows at the top. Not an ordinary thread difficult to tie//untie, but some serious twine. A very nice feature. As for sizing, I actually took my old suit's size. I'm between sizes L and XL. I went for the large one for a comfortable fit. And they're noticeably smaller, in fact I've noticed they're about 2 inches shorter. However, this may be due to the transition to a smaller size. They are tight but very comfortable and do not restrict movement. So I would say the size chart is correct. If someone is close to two sizes, I would recommend going for the larger size. The material is fantastic, stretches well, dries quickly and feels thicker or better quality than any of my previous suits. I can say that this suit will last a long time.
