Last year I was dealing with panic attacks. They are awful and have really impacted my life. A friend recommended this product to me and I am eternally grateful. I haven't had a single panic attack since I've been on 5htp! I was close to having one almost every weekend. I had to walk away from my daughters basketball games to calm down and not have a full blown panic attack in front of lots of parents. It was terrible!
