This thing is awesome. Assembly was easy. I can walk through cherries at a pretty good speed. If I keep my hand on the tray and drop them one at a time, I can eject them about every two seconds. I've found that when the pit container is full, you've cooked about 3 cups of cherries or so. Two circles of these are enough for a cake. If you miss the exit pit, you'll pretty much know. The only problem I have is that sometimes the cherry doesn't come out of the chute. I've found that if you pull yourself up after impact, it helps the cherries propel themselves into your bowl better. Cleaning is also not difficult in this case. I'll probably buy another one next season so we can get through them in half the time!
