Review on Superwinch 1331200 UT3000 Roller Fairlead by Eric Longoria

Disclaimer: I've only used it twice so far - I rolled my 2500lb race car off a trailer in the morning and then put it on the trailer at the end of the day. Nice . That's probably the best hundred dollars I've spent in a long time. I connected the UT3000 to a 2" mount that snaps into a 2" receiver that I welded to my open car trailer. The perfect detachable solution for loading and unloading my race car. Much safer than turning on and off as I can level the car and move it slowly while observing things outside the car. I used to need someone to help me load and unload, but now I can do it myself. A lot of people have said that this winch isn't powerful enough to load a machine onto a trailer and that I should be looking at something in the 7500+ pound range. It just seemed like overkill. Also, such a large winch was too heavy to remove from a parked trailer. I leave it in a public warehouse so I delete it for fear of theft. I will let you know if anything changes but for now I am very happy with this winch.
