Review on Dorman 800-075: Premium 3/8" Nylon Fuel Line - Black, 10 ft. – Reliable and Durable Solution for Fuel Line Needs by Samuel Nguyen

I bought this fuel line thinking or assuming the 3/8" diameter was the inside diameter of the hose. Who sells OD tubes? I had a 5/16" thread I wanted to protect, so I wanted to put it on a threaded rod. No way, José! Even though it's thin-walled nylon tubing, it's not even a 5/16" female thread diameter.". As someone said, they were trying to use 3/8" push-to-connect fittings, which just disconnected the hoses. Totally unsuitable for my purpose. Besides, it's thin-walled nylon hose. After I only used a rubber -Fuel line I was shocked to find one was nylon This is probably my fault but labeling 10mm OD hoses as 3/8" hoses is misleading.
