    Fuel Line - Replacement Parts

    Good for fuel delivery. Doesn't get hot enough to bend. Any part you heat will become weak. Works well if you're not trying to take tight turns with it.

    I replaced all the rusted lines under our car with nylon lines except for the brake lines. Should solve the rust problem. The lines appear to be OEM quality and easy to work with.

    This is no ordinary fuel line.

    Only buy this if you have a specific application for this type of wire. I tried using 3/8 barbed fittings with them and they didn't fit, the ends came loose. If you want a regular fuel line, buy a regular line.

    Easy install Best of spare parts

    Although Amazon sat on this order for over a week before shipping, installing the fuel line was easy when I finally received it. I've used both a compression fitting and a built in quick connector (similar to a "shark bite" tube connector). Both connections worked well for a successful installation with no leaks. Note: Make sure that the fuel line is cut "rectangularly", i.e. exactly on the circumference.

    Holds 60psi with no clamps!

    Works great! Heat with a hair dryer to put on the accessories. I only got it about 3/8" but it handles over 60psi with no leaks and no clamps. Has been ridden daily for about two months and still works. It's thin enough to fit into bearing mounts if the rusty steel line being replaced, flexible enough to pave it to make it look like factory, you don't have to worry about it rusting again.

    the outside diameter is just under 3/8 inch, but whoever measures the fuel line by the outside diameter, nobody!

    I bought this fuel line thinking or assuming the 3/8" diameter was the inside diameter of the hose. Who sells OD tubes? I had a 5/16" thread I wanted to protect, so I wanted to put it on a threaded rod. No way, José! Even though it's thin-walled nylon tubing, it's not even a 5/16" female thread diameter.".     Apparently I turned the rear fuel line on my '99 Mustang 4.6L so that it was too close to the EGR valve. which eventually caused the leak. The dealer had nothing but a rubber hose. There weren't any parts with the same design on Ebay and I wanted them to look relatively normal. So I took this hose and crimp kit.
