Great for managing your practice and tracking you're data
The most important thing is that it's easy to use. It has all of my patient information in one place so I can easily see everything about them at once! There really isn't anything bad or not good with this product as far as functionality goes but there are some things they could improve upon such as making appointments more user friendly (it takes forever sometimes). This software makes keeping track of patients very simple by allowing me access their medical records from anywhere which saves time when working out of clinic versus having to go back home just to look something up.
Pros
- Easy interface
- Allows us doctors quick view into our pts' charts.
- Good for documentation purposes
- Quickly accessible if needed, great way keep organized without going crazy trying too find info scattered across multiple systems/apps etc
Cons
- Sometimes slow loading times / lagging while navigating between different screens
