3 stars for the description, not for the bitrate (not used yet). But it is a DOWN-CUT bit. An up-pointing cutting edge pulls the router and work piece together, while a down-pointing cutting edge tends to lift the router off the work piece. The top incisor comes off at the top and the bottom incisor comes off at the bottom (assuming it's a hand router).
