No problem with these cartridges - they filter and remove hardness and dirt as they should. Super slim design for easy replacement. My issue relates to the overall design of the Watts Pure reverse osmosis system as a whole. It doesn't turn off at all. If you don't watch it, it will keep running continuously after the tank is full. My tap water pressure is 65 psi. So everything is fine. The reservoir bladder is fine and set at 7psi when empty and 38psi when full. So that's not the problem. I replaced the automatic shut-off valve with a new one. It still doesn't turn off when the tank is full. I think this is a design flaw with the Watts Pure reverse osmosis system. As Watts is the filter cartridge supplier and manufacturer of this reverse osmosis system I believe they deserve 3 stars. However, they are good and fast shippers. I wish Watts had an answer as to why their Pure RO system refuses to shut down reliably.
