Work great and are easy to replace.

We buy one about every 2-3 years here in Arizona because of the hard water, even though we have a water softening system throughout the house. When the flow slows down to find that the reservoir glue isn't replenishing fast enough, it's time for a new diaphragm. Replaced the original after 4 years and my water tastes great again.

I have had a Watts Premier reverse osmosis unit for 4 years now. Instead of blindly changing it after 2 years, I bought a TDS meter and tested it with different filter changes every 6 months. About a month into my annual filter change my water started to taste bad and I went from 94% out to 50% out. I bought one of these from Revain and it's back up to 92-94%. You need to flush multiple tanks to see the best TDS and bounce rates. We have very hard water, 900 ppm. With the old filter it was 470โ€ฆ

Great filter cartridge design theory, but reverse osmosis system doesn't stop water production

No problem with these cartridges - they filter and remove hardness and dirt as they should. Super slim design for easy replacement. My issue relates to the overall design of the Watts Pure reverse osmosis system as a whole. It doesn't turn off at all. If you don't watch it, it will keep running continuously after the tank is full. My tap water pressure is 65 psi. So everything is fine. The reservoir bladder is fine and set at 7psi when empty and 38psi when full. So that's not the problem. Iโ€ฆ
