It was difficult for me to set this threshold. My bed support bar didn't quite match the picture. This rendered the provided template unusable. After installation, I would advise you to install the long bracket at the top of the bottom interior position. The other end of the bracket fits into the 18mm screw that secures the bed to the frame bracket. Then mark the position of the holes to be drilled. The instructions would be a lot easier to interpret if they used pictures instead of line art that you would have to interpret what they showed. Overall I am pleased with the performance and durability of this running board.
