The headset itself is so little that I had trouble finding it in the box at first; it also only had a 60 percent charge when I opened it. The newest firmware is 3.4.0. There are no issues with the phone, computer, or additional phone connection (only 2 devices can be active at the same time) If you're working in complete silence, it's great; otherwise, you might find yourself unable to hear your colleague because of background noise. This is because the earphone's volume is so low (the volume of the bluetooth is at maximum, mesh clean) The Jabra included app is horrible; aside from showing the charge, it serves no useful use and requires the installation of two programs on the user's phone (the app itself and a driver package). This app is completely useless. - regarding the battery - the battery acted very strangely - the app says that 40% of the charge is left, and the headset itself gives out that everything, the battery is dead, put it on charge - charged up to 100% in 40 minutes, although it should take 2 hours; next time, I'll try to discharge the headset to 0% and see how long it lasts. Although the headset is functional in general, I want to search for an alternative the next time I need one, and will prioritize poly headsets if I stay within the same budget ($5000). In contrast, one user reported that the Jabra Boost headset, which retails for $1,000 to $3,000, had no noise cancellation and allows one to clearly hear children crying from 20 to 30 meters away, and that the wind is also amplified in the headset.
