I really think these new deck mounts are light years bigger than they were. It's amazing how easy it is to use. However, I only have a few complaints. First they give you some bits because they tend to go bad quickly and then you remove the screw head. You need to make a bed out of a more durable piece of metal. Second, the wings attaching both boards are not that long. Just to be safe I wish they were a little longer to make sure everything is secure. The instructions are quite interesting when it comes to the stitching. They recommend using clasps. This means you need to put another piece of wood close enough to the other piece but far enough away to mount both fasteners. I will say that they made the job much easier than the first generation fasteners. And the yellow plastic guide is amazing to use.
