Review on Dell S2317HJ Wireless Charging Monitor - 1080P, 1920x1080, 60Hz HD by Peter Follansbee

This monitor failed after three months. It took Dell customer service 45 minutes to arrange replacement #1. At this point I was informed that Dell's warranty for resellers like Amazon is different than buying direct from Dell. I did not see this mention in the sale. This meant that despite being only 3 months old, I only received a refurbished unit. It also required sending multiple pictures and creating labels using the information Dell already had. They made a new monitor overnight, the model of which was not the same. This required further communication with Dell Support to convince them that the monitor was incorrect with multiple additional images. They then sent a replacement of the correct model, but the physical case was assembled haphazardly and looks very inferior to the original.
