7/17/20 Edit: I contacted LEVOIT's amazing customer service and they sent me another set free of charge. Unfortunately the problem is still current. Replacement carbon pre-filters are made in a variety of ways; appears to be of lower quality. I actually bought another air purifier to compare the pre-filters in the box with replacement pre-filters. Luckily, replacing the HEPA filter looks fine. Original Rating: Lower quality replacement carbon pre-filter than original pre-filter. They are the same thickness but more porous. I doubt they will be very effective as they are almost transparent now. The HEPA filter seems good, comparable to the original.
