I use it mostly as an accounting system within our clinic but also have used some other aspects such as billing services which is very helpful in keeping track of patient charges so that there are no issues later when we need payment from insurance companies etc.. The fact most fields can be filled out directly through their program makes things easier than if they had been separate applications (not all options though). There isn't anything really too bad about this software! It does what its supposed do well enough without any major complaints or problems encountered thus far while using at chiropractor office!!
