Review on Empava 36-inch Induction Cooktop with 5 Power Boost Burners and Smooth Black Ceramic Glass Surface - 240V by Johnny Moger

UPS delivered this at 4pm yesterday. We cooked on it at 6pm and couldn't be happier with the performance and cost. It was a $1,500+ replacement for a GE 36-inch induction cooktop that didn't even last a year. This Empava is half the price and has a lot more features. For example: "Hold Heat” function for each of the five burners; "Accelerate" function that really speeds up the heating process; timer function for each burner; timer with clock; child lock; All burners are adjustable with a simple touch control. Note that this model doesn't look as good as more expensive brands, but I disagree. That looks great! Also, I ordered this on Monday, was supposed to receive it on Thursday (you know Revain Prime - so much for the two day delivery guarantee) but actually received it the next day after ordering - Tuesday. Since it was sent from the company's website, I can only thank them for their prompt service. The hob was also packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. Instructions were clear and installation was very easy - only a few edges of the countertop needed sanding. I really like this Empava cooktop and am so impressed with the price. We also bought an extended warranty to be on the safe side, but even with that extra cost it was very valuable. Of course we have only prepared lunch and breakfast so far. If we run into problems I will update.
