Size too big

These models are very, very big. My daughter wears a 4.5 in every other shoe but after 2 orders of 4.5 and then 6 they are still too small. Hope 7 works. Also, the same shoes are sold under multiple brand names. So even though I bought the 6 from a 'different' brand, it was exactly the same shoes/packaging/everything as the 4.5 I originally ordered but under a different brand. This shell game is annoying.
