This can be used as a necklace or as a bracelet. I use it as a bracelet and it is gorgeous and I get many compliments. The beads are lovely and don't fade like some other reviews on other products said. However it is wound around the wrist and I am concerned the thread that holds the beads could snap at some point. Also it pinches my skin a little. I still wear it every day I go out and I feel good about it.
