To be honest it's fine. Better for heavy cameras. I have a Canon T5i and when I only use my 50mm lens it's too light and doesn't stabilize properly. And if you change anything, e.g. For example, changing the lens or adding an external flash or microphone, or even lengthening the viewfinder requires re-stabilizing it. Also, the camera still tends to pan side to side like panning, but that's not desirable and I don't know how to stop it. And you can't raise or lower it because the grip will hit the camera and ruin it. This is good if you don't need super professional, smooth, stable footage, or if you're just starting out and experimenting. But honestly, it's not the best
