The speaker burned out and the fault on the keyboard.
I was very excited about this product but I quickly discovered issues with the laptop that disappointed me. The left speaker is burned out. I have the same laptop for work and was hoping to change my info. I played the speaker side by side on both laptops and this one definitely blew up! I also noticed that "1,2,4,3.?" is read from the keyboard. I will definitely come again. I hope to get a better notebook for it.
