The stools look great and the customer service is very good. The only issue other customers have reported is the lingering smell that won't go away. We have done our best to deodorize them before refilling. But unfortunately the smell is still noticeable after 15 months. Our cat doesn't get too close to them! After reading more about them, it seems that they use camel urine to tan their skin; This leaves an odor that probably won't go away for quite a while unless someone finds a way to speed up the odor elimination process. Because of this problem, I would be very reluctant to recommend them to friends or buy them again.
