Used for the first time and works well

UPDATE: I have used the spiral 3 times to bake bread or rolls. I didn't have any problems with the production either. The hook kneaded the dough without putting a strain on my K5 mixer. I also had no problem removing the hook from my K5. I made small batches of bread dough as I don't need a lot of bread or rolls. I managed half of the portions with no problem. I also turned on the speed controller between 1 and 2. I kneaded the dough for exactly 1 minute as that was all that was needed. I will update my review after using the spiral hook a few more times. Today I used it to make roll dough in my K5 mixer. The hook kneaded the dough perfectly. In about 1 minute he kneaded the dough for rolls perfectly. I used about 2 1/2 cups of flour to make the bun dough if that helps. The hook is perfect for my K5 bowl. I would rather buy a KitchenAid dough hook but they don't seem to be available. I will update my review after using the dough hook a few times.
