Life changing!: my feedback
I’m on my feet 10 + hours a day. My knees and feet are usually inflamed by the end of the day but these have been a life saver. My heels and knees are much less sore and it really minimizes the impact of walking as I tend to be a heel striker. I have a narrow heel and the extra height of the pad helps me fill out the heels in my sneakers and flats. These are exceptional! I wear a women’s sz. 4.5/ 5 and the kids size fits perfectly.
