Nothing can take it off. **** Original Review **** The biggest problem is the frying pan. Burnt on is difficult to remove and in many cases "remains", whether with the dishwasher or a sponge. Of course I didn't use a wire brush for obvious reasons. After 3 months it gets ugly. See fig. pots are ok. Admittedly, I only use them for simmering, not for frying, so not much burnt.
