They help to keep hands warm in chilly offices etc. So far my only issue is that after a while after a big move they tend to fall off the arm. But nothing is ever perfect. <smile>To my surprise, the company contacted me and sent me a replacement for the armbands I ordered, but they kept falling off. The new set is great. I wore them for 8 hours and they didn't go up to my elbows. The official company Vorshape cares about its customers. I highly recommend them. Also, I didn't contact them, they did it themselves. Just great customer service and product. 10 stars i
