Great ride and handling

These racks are very good. The ride is much better than the KYB struts on our 2000 Infiniti and even much smoother than the last set. He was a Tokico witch, I thought he rode like crap from the start. It still handles corners very well. I found the following post on Maxima forums while looking for the best spacers and gave them a try. I'm so glad I did because now it drives like a luxury car but still drives like a sports car. They don't have the smooth feel of Monroe or the bouncy/jerky feel of Tokico and KYB. Not at all. Simply great racks for riding and handling. The one star deduction is due to the fact that they are made in China. That's 1/2 star for lower quality Chinese parts which have a higher failure rate (although it was under warranty and mine was fine) and another 1/2 star for Gabriel who doesn't support US jobs. Both are on everyone's lips at the moment and we need to let companies know about them. Please support US Jobs Gabriel to get your star back. lol Here is this post from Maxima website:---------------------------------------------------- ----------- ----------- ---------------------------- ------- --Just replaced the front struts on my 2004 maxima sl with gabriel struts. I bought them from Amazon for $24.95 each. I have to say the best rack I've put on the maxim. All front tires replaced. I installed tokicos on 2001. kyb earlier on this max monroe in 1992. This is by far the best trip ever. Now I'm trying to find the stern, they appear and disappear in the camp. ------------------------------- --------------------------- ----- ------------------------------- ------------ ------ I agree with this post on the maxima sites, having tried them myself. Great shelves! Give these a try if you're tired of the ride quality you get from other racks. Keep in mind these are not work aspirations and may not like low spring rates and hard riding or racing. If that's your plan, I'd give her up. Check out the Koni adjustable racks, Tokico Illumina? Are you there yourself? These are regular smooth running luggage racks for regular road riding that will shock you the first time you ride them and berate yourself for not buying them a long time ago.
