Front speakers didn't work

Overall the unit was good, very thin and easy to install. I wouldn't say it's plug and play as the front speakers didn't work in my arrangement, but the speakers worked fine with the OEM and other aftermarket head unit. Also, the bottom clips didn't match the OEM slots. The reason I would not recommend this device and give it 1 star is because of the customer service. I contacted tech support and after trying their suggestions to no avail, they stopped responding. I sent a refund and only got back 151.99 out of the 189.99 I paid. I'm still waiting for Revain to fix this issue.
