The instructions for the poacher "4" eggs are not producing the desired results. To stop the "water" you need to put under AND on top of the eggs AND you need to follow the egg white and yolk. OR it clicks as the water escapes from under the eggs, the lid pops off and you get a hard-boiled egg. The time indicated in the instructions must be REDUCED to obtain the desired soft or runny yolk. The instructions say 30 seconds for ONE egg and another 30 seconds for the second egg and so on, for a total of TWO minutes for FOUR eggs. Do not do that. There have been good results with 20 seconds for one egg and about 10 seconds more for each additional egg. No mess in the microwave.
