Great integration within Salesforce and good reporting capabilities

I like that it integrates with our CRM, which is great! It's easy to use once you get used but we've struggled using at times due its complexity of features when compared against other similar tools such as Xero or Sage Intacct (which have simple interfaces). Make sure your sales team understands how this tool works so they can educate clients about their benefits/uses during onboarding process - otherwise there will be issues further down stream if any changes are required after implementation etc.. Integrating customer data into one place helps us keep track of all interactions across channels; from prospect contact through contract management & invoicing.

Pros
  • Integration witb Salesforce
  • Easy integration between Dynamics 365 Finance + ERP / Customer Service Portal
  • Powerful reporting available out of box in Microsoft Excel format.
  • Customizable user interface including HTML5 web app version too..very responsive experience without lagging even though running locally via desktop environment :)
Cons
  • More complex than some competitors.
  • Less intuitive UI layout versus more popular competitor platforms
