Great integration within Salesforce and good reporting capabilities

I like that it integrates with our CRM, which is great! It's easy to use once you get used but we've struggled using at times due its complexity of features when compared against other similar tools such as Xero or Sage Intacct (which have simple interfaces). Make sure your sales team understands how this tool works so they can educate clients about their benefits/uses during onboarding process - otherwise there will be issues further down stream if any changes are required after implementation

  • Easy integration between Dynamics 365 Finance + ERP / Customer Service Portal
  • Powerful reporting available out of box in Microsoft Excel format.
  • Customizable user interface including HTML5 web app version too..very responsive experience without lagging even though running locally via desktop environment :)
Cons
  • More complex than some competitors.
  • Less intuitive UI layout versus more popular competitor platforms

A powerful automation solution for various purposes

The benefits of this tool are its ability to automate repetitive tasks, time saving, easy navigation between different screens and also it is simple to use with all types of users. It has an excellent interface that makes learning process very easy. I think there's nothing much to dislike about this software as far as functionality goes but i would suggest adding more features like automatic data entry from Excel sheet or other application files etc so that we can do away with manual entries…

Useful for managing and tracking documents

I like that it is easy to use, especially when you are working with multiple departments within your organization. It's also very helpful when using it with our ERP system called Dynamics GP which has limited features compared to other systems we used prior to this one. The only thing about this software is that there could be more options available as some of us were not able to customize certain aspects of it because they don't support customization.
