Review on Blue Coat PacketShaper by Robert Arneson

The ability to have multiple devices in one location for our IT department, allowing them more flexibility with remote access as well which was great! We had some issues when we first got it but after contacting support everything went back right where they needed be (which I'm happy there).

Not much dislike so far other than price of license could perhaps go up slightly from current pricing structure ($200 monthly? maybe?). Have been able to use this product at home office setting vs having 2 separate units just sitting around that were never used or even really maintained by myself due to time constraints/budget restraints etc - now all my work gets done via VPN using these products instead!! Easier management overall without needing two full physical machines set aside solely dedicated only towards packet shaping purposes. Great solution if you're looking into getting something similar installed especially since most providers offer free trials / demos available nowadays making trial period quite easy to.
