Review on 🔩 Dorman 03411 Exhaust Manifold Stud & Nut by Scott Rao

After some internet surfing I liked this kit from Dorman, not sure what it is for but i know the bolts have M8x1.25 threads on both ends which is the correct thread pitch for my ls3 camaro exhaust manifold hardware. I wanted to swap out the factory bolts for studs that better match the stainless steel exhaust pipes I installed a few years ago. I love the look of the Arp bolts, but I don't spend $100 on header bolts, I'm sure they are the best bolts in the world, but I don't care. They're not stainless steel, but appear to be electroplated so they shouldn't rust. I didn't use the included black nuts because I don't like the way they look. I used some 12mm Zinc Plated Serrated Nuts I already had on hand, I needed 2 sets to complete my project, there are 10 in a pack so calculate how many you need before ordering. FYI, they will fit almost anything that uses metric hardware with 12mm or 13mm screw heads. 8x1.25 is the most common thread pitch.
