If the dishwasher is not draining or is clogged, it is most likely the drain pump. No need to pull out the dishwasher. Simply remove the kick plate, unplug the white pump wire and purple connector, take a pair of pliers and loosen the clip. Loosen the drain hose clamp. Very easy. The exchange took less than 5 minutes. This is a remanufactured pump for Johnson 3125 Origanol. This pump was 25v. The new remanufactured pump is 35v so hopefully it won't burn out anytime soon. The latter survived about 200 wash cycles. Unacceptable. I hope that a more powerful engine will last longer. Delivery 1 day and works great.
