I often buy second-hand sweatshirts to resell, I don't know why people take out the drawstring, but I had to replace 4 or 5. I got tired of running to JoAnn fabrics and waiting for a sale coupon and take a chance they have what I need. I bought this product and it works great. I use my That Purple Thang sewing tool to easily thread the cord through the sweatshirt. I just sew the ends together and wrap them so they don't bleed, they look brand new, and I can usually resell my sweatshirts for $10 more just because I have the drawstring. Now that I know this, I plan to buy gray and natural colors. The product was just that
