I bought it FOR the toilet but the cats got through it first. When I say "it got to this point," I mean I couldn't resist playing with them BEFORE using them in the toilet. The problem is that it's too effective as a cat brush to use in the toilet. I need a new one for that. Pros for a CAT BRUSH - Silicone really attracts loose hairs that are being combed - It's too soft to irritate the cat - she really seems to like it - Long handle: you don't have to bend down to her height when you're sitting - The handle is long enough so your hand isn't in danger if you're cleaning it while you're doing something else (your hand is far enough away that you shouldn't get hurt by an irritated cat, even if they suddenly get upset about it ) - looks cool - I don't look like a toilet brush, so keeping it in the corner of the living room isn't an immediate ban. CONS: - If cats decide to chew on it, it doesn't stand a chance.
