My lower body was feeling the effects of the COVID-19 crisis when I discovered that COTTONELLE Aloe brand toilet paper was no longer available (due to limited/discontinued production). While I was grateful that I could get ANY toilet paper in the first place, the lack of aloe-infused paper seemed like a relatively minor inconvenience, so we used every brand available. However, "non-brands” soon turned out to be problematic for me. I came across an ad for REFRESH LIQUID WIPE SPRAY with ALOE so I decided to give it a try, so to speak. The ingredients in REFRESH include both aloe and witch hazel (both known to relieve hemorrhoids). Although spraying toilet paper before each use is more cumbersome and time-consuming, I can at least say that "south of the border" has actually made me a little more comfortable. The spray has no real smell, no "residue" film or oil. Just a clean, calming, cooling freshness that I appreciate. and I don't have to worry about the expense and inconvenience of "flushable cloths" (which are really not recommended for plumbing). May I recommend? Of course try. I bought 3 packs of small aerosol cans; one for each of our bathrooms - with intention of purchasing a larger bottle for future refills. My only disappointment was the fact that one of the bottle sprayers failed (won't spray) from the start. Unfortunately, this was discovered too late for AMAZON to return. Thus, a bathroom remains free of REFRESH.
