I bought this set not only because it looks good but also because it will last a long time. I've worn and used them daily for several weeks and the handles have already faded. The color of the handles was a bit different on all of them, but they're really faded now. I hand wash them after each use and they still look like I've had them a long time. (You can see the color difference between the ones I use a lot and the ones I don't use in the photos.) I will say that they serve their purpose. They don't melt or scratch my pans. If you're just buying this set for aesthetic reasons and not just using it for display then they're great. But if you want to use them and expect them to look good, I don't recommend them.
