works well for aquarium heater

heater works well since July 29th, today is September 11th, no display, power checked, everything ok, ? the heating does not work for 40-44 days? very carefully maintained, the b4 cleaning tank disconnected from the mains and the tank in front of the heating element completely adjusted and then connected. didn't get 3 months usage? Please advise, or is it made in China?
