Great item
It was a little tricky to install as there was a nail screwed in (pun intended) but I was able to get it working. My birds don't use it much but they love it from time to time. So I basically put millet seeds in it. The small soft part does not remain attached. And got stuck in food and feathers, so I threw it away. I am satisfied with the price and the quality.
