The software is very easy for new users of ICP/ICPQC instruments (both types), as it provides all necessary information about each run with sample preparation step by step. It's also good that you can export results into Excel file format directly from instrument control panel interface without additional tools or plugins required! There are no disadvantages so far; everything works fine like described above - only minor things should be mentioned regarding user friendliness level when compared other similar products available out there today such as Protea Software PSA Suite etc., but nothing too serious at this moment.
