I received a torque wrench that was obviously used. the torque wrench was set at 35 ft-lbs. I was very disappointed and the quality assurance. I delete the torque wrench and reset the setting to 0. After that I check the accuracy of the torque wrench and I think 20 ft*lbs to 35 ft*lbs or exactly but from the moment it is assigned to the torque wrench it seems to be set low at 75 foot-lbs compared to my other torque wrench. In fact, starting at 40 ft lbs it seems to click first compared to all of my other lock-to-master torque wrenches. I don't know if I want to keep this torque wrench, I think the torque wrench is new, poor quality assurance, they didn't even unwind/return the torque wrench to the 0 position after the test. If they have poor quality assurance, they may have poor workmanship. SO MANY TOOLS MADE IN THE USA.
