The price was right, delivery was quick and it was exactly the product I wanted. The only downside was that the item didn't look like new. Don't get me wrong, it came in the box with warranty papers, description and specs as you would expect, but the real key has obviously been covered before. no big deal as it was a tool but not as professional as I expected. The key itself actually looks like it works exactly as it should. I'll find out later this week as I haven't had a chance to use it yet.

I received a torque wrench that was obviously used. the torque wrench was set at 35 ft-lbs. I was very disappointed and the quality assurance. I delete the torque wrench and reset the setting to 0.
