This cart is strong enough for me (6ft, 190lbs) and the assembly instructions are fine. It turns well. However, it was terribly packaged. Three of the six reels are in a bag with screws etc (in their own bag) and the box is so thin both lots have been crushed. The first (apparently returned and then re-shipped as it had the previous shipping label on it) had the corners of the rolls torn off so it arrived without the required hardware. Revain was quick to send out another free article (thanks!), but that box was also crumpled up (this time with all the details). This could easily be remedied if the manufacturer simply taped the bag of tiny parts to the cart's concave surface, somewhere away from the rollers.
