I ordered this camera system for my caravan and am very happy with it. I had a bit of trouble with the initial setup of the monitor and emailed the manufacturer for help. The very next morning I received a reply with instructions on how to solve my problem. Now it works great. I would recommend this company to everyone. Update: With this system came a card that offered me a free camera to add to the system. However, when the camera arrived it was defective. I emailed Rose, my customer service contact, and she asked me to run some tests to make sure the problem was with the camera and not with cables or other peripherals. Tests showed that the camera was indeed defective and they immediately sent me another camera that worked perfectly. I am very happy with the service from this seller and would not hesitate to buy from him again. They go to great lengths to ensure their product is satisfactory.
