UPDATE: I received an apologetic and prompt response from the manufacturer on December 29th that they will fix my problems asap. So I'll wait and see if they deliver on what they promise and will update my review accordingly. However, after my initial check, the second handle came off completely in my hand. I updated the picture. I hope the manufacturer keeps their promise because now I can't use the upstairs bathroom faucet without trying to turn on the base of the two handles. Crazy but true. First Check: A plumber installed a faucet and the next day 2 the spindles/fingers on one of the handles came loose. On the third day, 2 spindles/fingers on the other handle came loose. You can see tiny screws that should be tightened, but they aren't. I will contact support tomorrow. By the 6th day the screws on the first handle had completely fallen off and the crystal handle just fell into my hand trying to turn on the water. Unbelievable! Hope that helps. But it's already installed. It's beautiful but cheaply made and they have poor quality control, if any.
