My 9 year old twins use these. One has small hands with slightly swollen short fingers, while the other has thin, long fingers on a larger hand. On both it's too tight with very little flexibility to wiggle your thumb as it's too small in the palm area. The only improvement I would make would be a slightly larger version for older kids. Sizes in these states are for children under 10 years old. But in a year they won't fit my kids anymore. I think someone who is a year or two younger will feel comfortable in it. strong when putting on and taking off, but pulls in a little too tight when putting on.
